What it is
Verdict turns Claude into a five-person advisory council for one decision at a time. Each advisor has a distinct lens — long-term strategy, 90-day operations, failure modes, the buyer's chair, the person doing the work — and each is required to commit to a position. After they speak, Claude synthesizes one verdict, names the strongest dissent worth holding, and gives you a single concrete action to take in the next 48 hours.
