Elite AI Advantage (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes privacy seriously. This policy describes the information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Account data. Name, email, hashed password, profile image (if you sign in with Google).
• Business data. Business profiles you create in the dashboard (name, address, keyword, website).
• Usage data. Which tools you run, how often, and how many tokens you consume. This powers your dashboard and billing.
• Lead data. If you submit the contact form or a free-audit email gate, we store your contact details and forward them to our CRM (GoHighLevel).

How we use it

• Delivering the product (audits, dashboards, content generation).
• Processing payments via Stripe.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Transactional email (Resend): receipts, password resets, audit completion.
• Improving and debugging the platform.

Third-party services

We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors: Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Google (OAuth + Search Console), SerpAPI / DataForSEO (search data), Anthropic (AI generation), Railway (hosting), and GoHighLevel (CRM).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion cascades through your projects, audits, subscriptions, and token history.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (NextAuth) to keep you signed in. We may use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage; these are disabled when the consent flag is off.
