By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

The service

Elite AI Advantage offers AI-powered SEO audits, rank tracking, content generation, and related tools. We try hard to be accurate, but SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control and no result is guaranteed.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• Don't share accounts across multiple users without an Agency plan.
• Don't audit websites you aren't authorized to audit.
• Don't abuse rate limits or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

Billing and tokens

Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Each plan comes with a monthly token allotment that resets at the start of each month. Unused tokens don't roll over. One-time token packs don't expire as long as your account is active.

You can cancel any time via the customer portal. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds.

Content ownership

You own any content you generate through our AI tools. We claim no rights over the outputs. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to scrape sites in violation of their terms, spam directories, generate defamatory or deceptive content, or violate applicable law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
