Discovery

Two weeks. Interviews with the managing partner, three to five practice group heads, the IT director, and a sample of associates. We map the current tech stack, identify the workflows where AI has the strongest fit, and surface the political landmines partner-by-partner. Output is a discovery brief that names the highest-ROI opportunities and the failure modes specific to your firm.

Scope Lock

One week. We translate the discovery findings into a fixed scope of work with deliverables, integration touchpoints, and acceptance criteria. Partners sign off in writing on what's in and what's out. This is where we kill bad ideas before they cost money. If a workflow doesn't have a partner sponsor willing to use it, we cut it from scope.

Design and Architecture
