Discovery

How does AI affect our billing model if we charge by the hour?

Can we white-label AI tools and resell them to clients?
Yes, with a few rules. The underlying vendor has to allow resale (read the ToS, most don't), the output has to be something your firm can stand behind, and you need to control the data flow. Will AI replace our junior associates?

How do partners get bought in if they don't use AI themselves?
We don't try to turn partners into prompt engineers. Who owns the IP when AI helps draft a deliverable?
