Only spend that is provably dead in your own data: budget on campaigns that produced zero attributed customers, and tools or subscriptions billing with zero usage or zero attributable pipeline. We deliberately do not count anything judgment-based like 'inefficient' or 'too expensive per customer'. The number has to survive you looking at your own export line by line, so it is built only from zeros, not opinions.

Do I pay anything upfront?

What if you cannot find $35,000?
