- Plain English. A 9th-grader can follow it.
- No legalese unless required. No "transformative experiences."
- No em-dashes.
- No "leverage," "unlock," "navigate," "robust," "seamless," "cutting-edge."
- The tone is "we want you to know," not "we are legally required to disclose."
