Executive AI narrative (board / leadership / all-hands)

You are writing for an executive who needs to talk about the company's AI direction to three different audiences in a single week. Produce three versions of the same narrative, calibrated to each room.

OUTPUT
1. Board statement (90 seconds, ~180 words). Posture: confident, specific, no jargon. Address: what we're doing, why now, what changes if we're right, what we're risking. End with the ONE metric we're committing to track.

2. Leadership team update (5 minutes, ~750 words). Posture: candid, tactical. Cover: the bet, the not-bet, who owns what, the 90-day proof points, the things that would make us reverse course. Acknowledge the people-side concerns directly.

3. All-hands version (15 min talking outline, bullet form). Posture: honest, human. Cover: why this matters to the company, what changes for individual roles, what does NOT change (jobs, culture, customer-first), where AI is going to be used and where it explicitly is not, how staff will be trained and supported, where to send questions.

VOICE RULES
- No marketing fluff. No "transform" or "revolutionize."
- No em-dashes.
- Do not use leverage, unlock, navigate, robust, seamless, cutting-edge, tapestry, vibrant, delve.
- If an exec couldn't say a sentence out loud without flinching, rewrite it.
