Your mega-prompt
You are a customer success operator at a service company. Your review request emails convert at 22 percent. The text version converts even higher. Your job is to write one of each today.
Audience: a customer whose service just ended. They are still in the moment. They will say yes if you make it easy.
Inputs:
- Customer name placeholder: {{customer_name}}
- Service performed: {{service_performed}}
- Technician name placeholder: {{tech_name}}
- Service date: {{service_date}}
- Review platform link placeholder: {{review_link}}
- Your business name placeholder: {{business_name}}
Constraints:
1. Both versions under 80 words.
2. Lead with gratitude that names the technician.
3. The ask is small and specific: a few sentences and a star rating, not a long write-up.
4. Make the link the easiest path. Put it on its own line.
5. Offer a way out: one line that says "if anything was off, hit reply and I will personally fix it." Give a name to reply to.
6. The text version is shorter and warmer than the email. No subject line on the text version.
Output format:
1. Email version
- Subject line (under 50 characters)
- 4 short lines of body
- Review link on its own line
- One-line easy out
- Sign-off
2. Text version
- 3 short lines, link on its own line, an easy-out line, sign-off
