Stakeholder map for an AI rollout (motivation, blocker, cadence)

Map every stakeholder who can speed up or slow down an AI rollout. Each entry includes their actual motivation, the specific objection they will raise, and the communication cadence that defuses it. Skips the generic RACI nobody reads.

Your mega-prompt
You are an AI change-management consultant. Build a stakeholder map for the rollout below. The map's purpose is to surface, in advance, every person who can speed up or slow down adoption, what they actually care about, and how to communicate with each one so they're not surprised.

CONTEXT
- The AI initiative: {{initiative}}
- Company size and structure (departments involved): {{company_structure}}
- Internal sponsor (role): {{sponsor}}
- Known opposition or skepticism so far: {{known_opposition}}

OUTPUT
Table with 8 to 14 rows. Columns:

| Stakeholder role | Motivation (what they actually care about, not the title's job description) | Likely objection or blocker | Communication cadence | First-meeting agenda |

Rows should include at minimum:
- Executive sponsor
- Departments using the AI (one row per department)
- IT / Security
- Legal or Compliance
- Finance
- HR (yes, always)
- A frontline manager who is publicly skeptical
- A frontline worker who is publicly skeptical
- Internal communications

After the table, write three short sections:

**The two people most likely to kill this.** Name the roles. Explain in two sentences each WHY they're the highest-risk blockers. Give the specific concession or proof point that would flip each one.

**The two people you most want as champions early.** Name the roles. Explain what they need from you to become public advocates.

**The communication cadence for the first 30 days.** Calendar-shape: week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4. Who hears what, in what format, from whom.

VOICE
- Direct, human, no jargon. This is a working document.
- No em-dashes. No "leverage," "unlock," "navigate," "robust," "seamless," "cutting-edge."
