Case Study
/case-studyMulti-brand case study writer. Takes raw notes from a delivered engagement and produces a publish-ready case study in the right shape for the brand it's about.
Install in one command
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/case-study && curl -fsSL https://eliteaiadvantage.com/skills/case-study/SKILL.md -o ~/.claude/skills/case-study/SKILL.mdThen run /case-study in Claude Code.
What it is
Case Study turns the messy notes from a delivered engagement (Slack threads, kickoff doc, weekly recaps, the final deliverable) into a publish-ready case study, sized and voiced for the brand it's about. Three brands built in: Elite AI Advantage (AI consulting outcome story), Boxpress.io (SaaS-buyer story), FUEL UP Your Marketing (marketing services story). Each brand has its own shape, audience, and voice.
Every output includes the full case study (600-1,200 words depending on brand), a headline-ready pull quote, a Twitter/X-shaped social snippet, and 3-5 sales-deck slide bullets. So one run produces the case study, a quote for the homepage, a social post, and the slide ammo for the next sales call.
If you don't have notes ready, run with the --interview flag and the skill walks you through 7 targeted questions that extract the case study from your head one piece at a time. The brand voice is loaded from a documented voice doc so the output reads in your actual voice, not generic consultant-speak.
Why it's useful
- →Three brand shapes built in (EAA / Boxpress / FUEL), each with its own audience job and voice rules.
- →Outputs the full case study plus a quote, a social snippet, and sales-deck slide bullets, so one run produces every artifact you need.
- →Interview mode walks you through 7 questions to extract the case study from your head when you don't have notes ready.
- →Numbers-first by design: every section requires at least one number, name, or concrete detail. Abstract claims get rewritten or cut.
- →Brand voice loaded from a documented voice doc, so the case study sounds like you, not like every other consulting site.
When to use it
- •Right after a client engagement wraps and you have notes (Slack threads, kickoff doc, recap notes, the final deliverable).
- •When a prospect asks for a case study and you need a sellable artifact in 30 minutes instead of three days.
- •When you want a sales-deck slide for a specific named outcome and don't want to write it manually.
- •When you have a great client story in your head but no time to write it up (use --interview mode).
- •Before a renewal conversation, to remind the client and yourself what got delivered and what it was worth.
How it helps with Claude
Without this skill, Claude tends to write generic consulting case studies that read as 'we leveraged industry best practices to deliver outstanding outcomes.' This skill enforces a specific shape per brand, requires a number in every bullet, and runs the output through the brand voice doc. The result is a case study that sounds like Jake actually wrote it about an actual client, not a template a competitor could swap their logo onto.
