Whitepaper
/whitepaperA five-scout team that hunts white-paper topics worth writing, with carousel decomposition and DB-deduped against your existing library.
Install in one command
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/whitepaper && curl -fsSL https://eliteaiadvantage.com/skills/whitepaper/SKILL.md -o ~/.claude/skills/whitepaper/SKILL.mdThen run /whitepaper in Claude Code.
What it is
Whitepaper is the long-form sister to Prospect. Five scouts hunt for white-paper topics across distinct signal sources: long-form search demand (Query Hunter), missing public thesis (POV Strategist), carousel decomposability (Carousel Engineer), the question being asked above the buyer's pay grade (Buyer's Question), and downstream multi-surface reuse (Anchor Connector). Each pitches specific named topics with a 7-10 slide carousel sketch built in.
It automatically deduplicates against your existing white-papers library at the start of every run via a Prisma query, no scout can pitch a paper you've already published. The synthesis ranks candidates, names the single 'write first' pick, and kills duplicates against both the library and generic competitor publications. Topics that survive: list-shaped, contrast-shaped, step-shaped, failure-mode-shaped, framework-shaped, anything that decomposes cleanly into slides. Topics that fail: meandering essays, single-thesis arguments without enumerated structure, vendor-pump pieces that age out in six months.
Why it's useful
- →Auto-dedupes against your existing white-papers library via DB query, scouts can't pitch what you've already shipped.
- →Each pitch ships with a 7-10 slide carousel sketch already built in for downstream Instagram/LinkedIn reuse.
- →Five scouts hit different signal sources, search demand, missing thesis, carousel fit, buyer's question, multi-surface reuse.
- →Synthesis names the single write-first pick, no consensus mush.
- →Kills meandering essays and vendor-pump pieces at the synthesis step.
- →Calibrated for thesis-grade depth (2,500+ words) that compounds across blog, carousel, newsletter, and sales-deck reuse.
When to use it
- •Wanting the next batch of white-paper candidates to write and repurpose.
- •Anchoring a thesis lane (GEO, AI agents, vendor evaluation) with a definitive paper.
- •Filling a long-form search-demand slot where blog posts can't do the question justice.
- •Productizing a recurring sales-call objection into the artifact buyers forward to their boss.
- •Picking the topic that feeds the most downstream surfaces, blog series, carousels, newsletter, sales deck.
- •Generating ideas explicitly upstream of the writing flow, not the tool-build flow (use /prospect for tools).
How it helps with Claude
Without this skill, Claude tends to brainstorm white-paper topics as a flat list that overlaps with what you've already published. Whitepaper reshapes the response into a DB-deduped, five-scout hunt with carousel decomposition built in. You stop getting 'a guide to AI for SMBs' and start getting 'The Mid-Market AI Proposal Audit: 12 Red Flags and the Questions That Surface Them, 12-slide carousel, one flag per slide, behind the climbing query for how to evaluate an AI consulting proposal.'
